The team at KFC Grimsby are always hard working. They deal with lots of orders from the delivery platforms. The service is always friendly. As always KFC is not always the quickest but nevertheless the team are courteous and I find when I do visit the orders are accurate. :)

This outlet of KFC is located a bit away from the town centre, although in a good space. There are other brand outlets also around.

Our experience didn’t start too great. Ordered via just eat, wrong order delivered and the driver refused to take back. Had no luck trying to contact just eat. However when we called the restaurant a lovely gentleman named Sam answer the phone. He was very polite and professional when dealing the matter. Explained that due to just eat driver not being hired by KFC they could not resend the delivery but if we were able to collect he would be able to assist. When arriving at the restaurant Sam greeted us and rearranged our order with an extra of cookies. Sam was a very nice gentleman who went above and beyond to amend our experience to be positive. We couldn’t not be more thankful!

Ordered to pick up on the app. Placed this when I was half an hour away. Got there, went through drive thru and had my food within 1 minute!! Staff working the window was very nice and friendly, thank you :p
